A crescent of soft sand and swaying palms in the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu has offered barefoot, rustic-luxe island living since 1998 — thatched beach villas (many with private plunge pools) hidden in the greenery and overwater Lagoon Villas set along its palm-leaf-shaped jetty, a scenic 30-minute seaplane flight from Malé. The island also hosts the Olive Ridley Project's Marine Turtle Rescue Centre, and was named the Maldives' Leading Green Resort for the third year running in 2025.
